Food is everything that we eat. We should enjoy and like food.
Most foods are split into these categories:
1. Meat is very important for a persons diet. It needs to be cooked before eating.
It has a lot of proteins, fats and other important nutrients.
(beef, lamb, pork and chicken)
2. Fish are very healthy and contain vitamins and other important stuff.
(tuna, salmon, anchovies)
3. Vegetables are one of the most important things a human can eat.
They are very healthy and contain fibers, potassium and vitamins.
(salad, cucumbers, tomatoes ec.)
4. Fruits are one of the main things that give vitamins.
They are sweet, sometimes sour and really good for you.
(apples, oranges, watermelons ec.)
5. Other things are very important too.
We have milk in this category which is good for your bones.
Eggs are very important too as they have a lot of proteins.
(milk, eggs, pasta ec.)
Meals
A meal is a lot of cooked food together and create something delicious.
Recipes
Recipes are a way to learn how to cook meals.
A recipe starts with a list of the ingredients and after that the instructions.
When a recipe is over it should say what you just made.
